Sephora Squad is a unique beauty-influencer programme that brings together disruptive content creators and beauty enthusiasts. It’s a platform that celebrates the #UnlimitedPowerOfBeauty and aims to redefine the beauty industry.

Sephora Squad has recently unveiled its latest group of influencers, setting a new standard for diversity in the beauty sector. This year, the programme experienced a surge in applications, witnessing a 43% uptick compared to the previous year. The newly selected influencers will be active across various social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The 2023 lineup is remarkably inclusive, featuring individuals from a wide array of backgrounds, professions, and orientations. For the first time, the Squad includes skincare experts like estheticians and dermatologists, as well as a hair health specialist known as a trichologist. Brent Mitchell, Sephora’s VP of Social Media and Influencers, highlighted that a significant majority of this year’s influencers—70% to be exact—identify as people of colour. Additionally, the group includes members from the LGBTQIA+ and non-binary communities.
