Royal Casino’s king is a cartoon monarch who cannot hide his excitement: a hot-air balloon arrival, a stroll through the casino, a spin on the slots and the offer, fifty chances on Book of Toro for new customers. WithFeeling designed the sound for the Danish spot.
THE CHALLENGE
Royal Casino brings the opulence and adrenaline of the casino floor to players online, where every game carries the promise of a big moment. For its King theme the challenge is regal swagger: a sound bold, rich and triumphant, capturing the thrill of high-stakes play while wrapping it in a sense of grandeur fit for the name.
THE APPROACH
An animated king needs a world with weight, so the sound design gives him one: the crowd on his arrival, the hush of the casino floor, the mechanics of the machines and the small comic details of a man in a crown enjoying himself, all sized to sit under the Danish voiceover and the offer.
