NISSAN EXPO
The activation took over the Al Wasl Dome, the world’s largest 360-degree projection surface, with 252 projectors and 27 speakers wrapping 750 guests, and a global livestream audience, in immersive sound and visuals. Created by experiential agency George P. Johnson, the show traced three generations of Nissan’s heritage around a single jewel icon connecting past, present and future.
THE CHALLENGE
A space and a story this big needed music to match, a score that could fill the largest dome in the world while carrying Nissan’s values of daring, passion and innovation and honouring seven decades of the Patrol.
THE APPROACH
Our composer Harrison King wrote an original track built for the dome’s immersive, surround-sound stage, weaving cinematic scale with emotional warmth so the music could move with the visuals and the live performances, from Joji Hirota’s Taiko drummers to regional artist Nagham Debel.
THE RESULT
The finished score helped turn the celebration into a genuinely global moment, filling the Al Wasl Dome with sound worthy of the occasion and underlining a milestone in the Nissan Patrol’s 70-year story.
