Emarat, the Emirates General Petroleum Corporation, has been part of daily life in the UAE since 1981, making it one of the country’s oldest and most trusted names. Its EmCan loyalty programme rewards the customers at the heart of that story, and WithFeeling was honoured to give EmCan a sonic identity of its own.
EmCan is the app that turns everyday visits into rewards, letting customers collect digital EmCoins on fuel, car washes, coffee and more across Emarat’s national network of service stations and partners. Creating a sound for it meant respecting four decades of Emarat heritage while capturing the energy of a modern, app-first loyalty experience.
The brief was to create something subtle yet memorable, distinctive enough to be recognised instantly while remaining understated enough to belong to a trusted national brand with this much history behind it.
We crafted a concise sonic identity designed to become a quiet but lasting part of the EmCan experience, built to carry the warmth and reliability of the Emarat name across every customer touchpoint, from the app to the forecourt.
The finished identity gives EmCan a memorable audio signature of its own, a small but meaningful addition to one of the UAE’s longest-standing brands as it continues to reward the loyalty of its customers.
